Overview. This website is operated by AfterGlow. "We", "us" and "our" refer to AfterGlow. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Online store terms. You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to make a purchase. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Products. Many of our products are made by independent partner brands and shipped directly by them. We do our best to show colors, descriptions and images accurately, but can't guarantee your screen displays colors exactly or that every description is error-free. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse any order at any time.

Wellness disclaimer. Products sold by AfterGlow are intended for general wellness and relaxation. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Essential oils and topical products are for external use only. Read product labels, patch test before use, and keep products away from children and pets. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or take medication. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Pricing and availability. Prices may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and offer a refund or an alternative.

Payments. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information.

Shipping and returns. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

Third-party links. Our site may link to third-party websites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfterGlow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
